Kitchen

You should find everything you need in the kitchen.  It is fully stocked with cookwear, silverware and dishes.  Everything is dishwasher safe so feel free to put it in there to clean.  

The coffee pot is striaght forward.  It uses #4 cone filters, which should be on the counter or in the cabinet above the coffee pot.  Once you flll the pot with coff & water push the button on the front once and it will ask you how many cups (1-4 or 5-9).  Twist the button to select the correct size and then push the button again. 

Pots and pans are located in the lower cabinet to the left of the stove.  

Please feel free to use any staples in the house (olive oil, spices, etc.).  

Wi-Fi

The house has high-speed internet (500mps).  You shouldn't have any trouble streaming with multiple devices at high speeds.

Apple TV

We don’t have cable but have Apple TV.  Through Apple TV you can watch Netflix, HULU, YouTubeTV.  

  1. Press the RED button on the large remote

  2. Press any button on the Apple remote

  3. Use the pad on the top of the Apple remote to select an app to watch

Sheets/Linens

The sheets on all the beds are clean.  When you are done, please strip the sheets and throw them down the basement stairs. 

Wash

The washer and dryer are located in the basement.  There are washer pods on top of the washer. 

Shed

Feel free to keep anything in the shed.  The key is on the main ring for the house.  Be sure to lock the shed when you leave.  

Trash/Recycling

When the trash or recycling in the kitchen are full, please put it in the large barrels in the shed. 

Grill

The gas grill is on the back deck.  There is a brush to clean it on either the lower shelf or one of the shelves on either side. 

  1. Turn on the gas on the tank

  2. Turn the knobs on the front of the grill

  3. Press the starter
